The Next Level
In Numbers chapter 21 the Israelites packed up and moved their camp ten time. That really doesn't sound like fun to me. I prefer to settle down and get comfortable. But they were going somewhere. They were following the cloud by day and fire by night. God was leading them to His Holy habitation.
As worshipers we are going somewhere. That means we don't have to the luxury of settling down and getting comfortable. We have to keep climbing higher mountains of praise and digging deeper wells of worship. We are following the cloud of His presence and the fire of His Glory. He is leading us to His Holy habitation.
As a church body we have a desire to move up to a higher level in the areas of attendance and in finances. I am convinced that as we obediently follow God's leading in worship in worshiping God and serving our community, God will be faithful to bring increase. Pray for our Pastor and the other leaders of the church as they seek God for His ongoing direction.
