Our Advocate with the Father
My little children, these things write I unto you that ye may not sin.
And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ
the righteous: (1Jn 2:1 ASV)
And he is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also
for the whole world. (1Jn 2:2 ASV)
Jesus Christ is our Advocate with the Father, in other words He is our,
par-ak'-lay-tos An intercessor, consoler: - advocate, comforter. He
represents us before the Father so there is therefore now no
condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. (Rom 8:1 ASV)
We all sin in one way or
the other, and if we sin we can repent and ask for forgiveness and Jesus
our Advocate intercedes for us before the Father, so rest and trust in
the Grace of God don’t accept the condemnation of the devil who wants to
keep you bound.
Choose to believe the Lord and God’s Word not your feelings or the lies of the devil, Because Jesus is our Advocate with The Father!
