You Are Valuable
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. (Mat 10:29 ESV)
But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. (Mat 10:30 ESV)
Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. (Mat 10:31 ESV)
Consider this, if God the creator of Heaven and earth cares enough about sparrows which the scriptures say are valued at less then a penny each so that not one of them falls to the ground without His knowledge. How much more valuable and how much more attention do you think He gives to us who are created in His image, I mean the scripture does not say that He numbered the feathers of the sparrow, though I am sure He knows.
The Bible does say however that He has numbered the very hairs of our head are numbered and goes even farther in Psalm 139:16 and say's that He was aware of us even before we were formed in our mother's womb and had already written all of our day's in His book before we were born.
So as the scripture tells us do not fear for The Lord is very much aware of your situations and circumstance, in fact He knew about them even before we did and He is watching over us to lead, guide and protect us through our situations. In fact He has promised to never leave us or forsake us (Read: Gen 28:15, Deut 4:31, Deut 31:6, Deut 31:8, Josh 1:5, John 14:18, Heb 13:5).
The Lord has not promised that we would never go through trials in fact He has said that there would be trials and tribulation (Read: John 15:20, 1 Peter 4:1, 1 Peter 2:21, 1 Peter 4:1). Like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego He may not keep you from going into the furnace but will go in it with you and and bring you out and not even the smell of the smoke will cling to you (Read: Dan 3:1-30).
So do not fear what you are going through or what man will do or say to you for The Lord will be with you and will see you through.
